A new Sales Agent with Elaine Brabham and Associates, John has 37 years experience selling residential real estate. He offers proven knowledge of many types of property: deep water properties; townhomes and condominiums; waterfront and marsh-front homes, new construction, and lots; subdivisions; golf communities; country hideaways; and historic downtown properties. Charleston realtor, John Ford, is like the Welcome Wagon for Charleston if you are searching for property in the area. When we first met John we only had a weekend available to find our retirement home. John arranged to meet us in the lobby of the hotel where we were staying. I wonder how many sellers have to wait until the day of settlements to meet their realtor. My guess is, not very many. In fact, John Ford said, as we greeted each other in person for the first time July 2nd on our way to the settlement table, that I was the only seller he has ever had to wait till the day of settlement to meet face-to-face. And yet, by the time we met in person, I felt as though I had known John for quite some time. John and I shared notes, signatures, contracts and addendum's by email.
