Erin is awesome! I can’t say enough good things about working with her, and she exceeded all my expectations in selling my condo. I didn’t know her before, but remembered seeing a few flyers from her in the mail. I talked with a few realtors, but Erin was an immediate fit. She is an expert with condos, especially at the Arboretum, and has an incredible track record there. The whole process was very smooth – she was always a step ahead and knew all about the intricacies of my condo, HOA, rules, etc. My favorite quality is that Erin treats you as if you are most important. She is extremely responsive with communication, and replies back to text messages and email very quickly. She also took time to answer my many questions and was super helpful in explaining everything, as it was my first time selling. Plus she’s very down to earth and tells it to you straight, is up front, and honest. She also checked on my property when I was away, and she helped recommend contractors and even called to get quotes for a few minor repairs from the buyer’s inspection. Because she knew the market so well, we listed as one of the highest, we got an offer in two weeks, and I was very happy to sell at full price. Again, I can’t say how much I appreciate working with Erin, and I wish I would have found her sooner when I was buying. She has my highest recommendation.
