Company Philosophy
Our company philosophy is a simple one: to help our clients find their way home. Certainly, any agent can sell a house but few of them offer the level of expertise and service of Elaine Brabham and Associates, LLC. Our goal is to provide excellent service and to “go the extra mile” at every opportunity.
Because Elaine Brabham and Associates, LLC is a smaller, “boutique” firm, we have more time to spend building lasting relationships. We cherish those friendships and truly enjoy showing our clients the real Charleston. Not only are we pleased when we locate the perfect home for our buyers but we also love telling them where the locals eat, where the best boat landings are and where to take the dog for an afternoon of fun.
