Born and raised in Charleston, SC, Erin knows how fortunate she is to live and work in one of the most beautiful cities in the South. Having lived in almost every part of the Charleston area at some point in her life, from Summerville to Downtown to West Ashley, she can help advise buyers and sellers on the best way to obtain their goal in their specific area.

Erin attended the College of Charleston and graduated in 2003. Some areas of real estate she is particularly strong in are condo sales, estate sales/downsizing, and investment properties. She is extremely familiar with how condo communities function and how their management is set up, which is a huge advantage for buyers and sellers in this market.

Erin is an Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Military Relocation Professional. Her skills for working with buyers are very fine-tuned to make sure the process is an efficient as possible for her clients and their families.
