Lisa Stine, who was raised in the Pittsburgh area (GO STEELERS), has lived in Charleston for over 35 years. She moved to Charleston in 1982 and worked as a designer on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. Her background in interior design and kitchen/bath design allows her to have a deep understanding of the philosophy of home staging, addressing house ‘hot spots’ and identifying the specifics that differentiate your home from others on the market.
Her husband, Steven Stine, has family roots in the Charleston area dating back to 1800’s. She has three children: Melanie, a Digital Marketing Specialist w/ Post & Courier ; Brittany, a Recreational Therapist w/ Bishop Gadsden; and Lee, a Senior at the College of Charleston majoring in Finance/Accounting. She also has two step-daughters and a son-in-law. Alee is in Accounts Receivable for Berle Manufacturing, Dustin works with AT&T and Lana with Spirit Communications. She has three grandchildren: Carolyn, Ayla, and Sawyer… and several granddoggies!

Lisa is an animal activist and loves dogs, especially her own pets: her dogs Harley and Dixie; and her cat Indy. She is the active President of ‘DuPont Station Neighborhood Association’, a member of Charleston Top Producers (Past Secretary) and WAJIBA. She is also an active member of St. Mark United Methodist Church.

Lisa is an avid motorcyclist, riding with her husband on her own Harley 1200 Sportster. She also is an artist and decorative painter. She specializes in murals.
