Megan was born and raised on the Florida Gulf Coast in Naples, Florida. She moved to Charleston in 1997 to attend the College of Charleston. She graduated with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Health. Her plans to move back South after graduation were halted when she met her husband, Kevin, who is from generations of Charlestonians. They were married in 2002 and have two children, Easton (born in 2004) and Mia (born in 2007).

Megan is actively involved in her children’s schools and enjoys the outdoors, beach, sports and traveling with her family.

Megan has a wealth of knowledge and a wide range of experience in various aspects of real estate. She has experience with property management, has been an assistant to a real estate paralegal, a real estate closing coordinator and assisted many Realtors in the Charleston area prior to getting her license in 2005. She thoroughly enjoys her continuing education and gaining more knowledge of the ever changing real estate market.
