What We Offer

As a new agent, you are offered personal mentoring and training by our Broker-in-charge, Elaine Brabham, who has 32 years of experience in Charleston real estate, and you also have the benefit of other experienced agents willing to offer advice or lend a hand. In addition, Elaine supports and mentors experienced agents ready to take their career to the next level and is available to provide any level of guidance you desire.

At Elaine Brabham and Associates, LLC, you will never feel like a number or just another agent. Everyone in our office is a valued member of our team, and Elaine is always personally interested both in your professional goals and ideas and in you as a person.
