This property is made up of two private, one-bedroom suites, each with their own living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. Each suite also has a private entry. The suites connect via a dual door, with deadbolts one each side. Each suite will be leased separately.Suite 1 is newly renovated, with luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The kitchen has all new stainless steal appliances, including built-in microwave, and granite countertops. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with custom tile. The suite has a large laundry room with extra storage space.Suite 2 is newly renovated, with luxury vinyl flooring throughout. No Smoking. The minimum lease term is 12 months. All occupants over 18 and any cosigners must submit separate applications. The application fee is $50 per application. Applicants must authorize a background check to be considered. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If applicant is approved with any pets, there will be a $400 non-refundable pet fee as well as pet rent of $25 per month per pet. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent must be paid within 48 hours of lease signing, and no less than 5 business days before taking possession. Tenant pays utilities & services (electric, water, sewer & trash).
